A Veterinary Technician's Noble Job

Please help... Is this the flu? I dont feel well

I am a 14 year old girl. This past week, I have been having like a pain from my lower right hand side, tummy area, down to my thigh. Then this pain went to my back as well yesterday. Now today at school, I had a blocked nose, runny nose, kept feeling dizzy, and weak and tired. I dont know what this is! It keeps comming and going, like for 2 hours i feel ill, then i feel ok for 1 hour, then ill again!! My mum wont let me stay home from school coz term just started, and I dont have a high temerature!! HELP PLEASE!! Could this be the flu? I have had the flu a couple of times, even last year, but it was worse than this...
doesn't your mom know that you are feeling unwell/ Did you tell her that you are feeling dizzy and ill? You do ont have to have a high fever in order to be sick.
