SATA power to IDE device...help?

My new Dell 531 doesn't have any IDE connectors on board its MOBO. I would like to use my old IDE HDD as a slave. I have bought a SATA converter that fits in the back of my old IDE HDD and also a SATA cable to connect to the board. Unfortunately tho I need another adapter so that I can use the sata power plug from the PSU. I've tried to get an adapter and cant. In summary, the board doesn't have any IDE capability, and the PSU only has the SATA power plugs....help - Oh I know I could get an external drive or a HDD enclosure but its more of a personal battle now! !!
