Water-mixed mortar and dry-set mortar is also popular adhesive among the builders. It has water resistant ability that makes it suitable for bathroom installations. It hydrates when it is mixed with water. Latex mortar, acrylic-mixed mortar and epoxy mortar are also used as a tile adhesive. They are expensive but show remarkable results.

Best adhesive - laminated wall map to felt?
I have a 120cm x 90cm laminated wall map which I wish to attach, with adhesive, to a felt-covered wall.
Any advice will be appreciated
Check out the 3M spray adhesives these allow you to evenly coat a large area which will prevent any bleed through in case the map is paper. Just takes a fine misting.
To keep the spray adhesive only where you want it mask of the surrounding wall using painters blue tape and paper. Spray adhesive on wall. Remove blue tape and paper. Then roll map up starting from the bottom so you can apply from the top and roll down while smoothing the surface while you roll your way down.
