Quickest way to lose a lot of weight within a month? extreme if has to be?
I gained 25 lbs since christmas and I am going to florida next month. I have to be able to fit into my old clothes and swimsuits which i can't fit into at al anymore. Idc how extreme it may be but i need a quick solution of how to knock a good bit of weight off before next month. Thanks
I would recommend the south beach diet. cause #1 for a bathing suit-look the best way is to start losing the belly fat, and in the first week of the diet you will definetly see the drastic change!....also if you have cravings this diet will help you control them...is not as painful as doing the master cleanse or as exhausting as caloring counting....you can lose between 8 to 14lbs in the first two weeks and that is just on the diet alone. If you do some cardio and weight training you can lose some more!....by the end of the month you'll me more than half way there!....
google it up...learn the phases and get things started!!
